The RNSYS, while not official chartering agents, will assist athletes wishing to charter boats for the 2008 Canadian Youth Champs in connecting with equipment for available in Nova Scotia. Byte CII - Rig Charters (mast, boom, sail & control lines)

Ps2000 is supporting a series of regattas in the CII (Grand Prix) this summer to showcase the CII rig. As there are a large number of sailors with standard rigs PS2000 has agreed to have a number of CII rigs at the ING CYA National Youth Sailing Championships to be chartered for a nominal fee. BYTE CII Class winners at ING CYA National Youth Sailing Championships- Byte World Championship

The Canadian Youth Championship has restricted the CII to sailors born 1992 or later so it is the only event in the Grand Prix that is restricted as to age. However, the winner of the CII Youth event, male or female, will also receive a trip to the World's, irrespective of the competitor's finish in the Grand Prix. However, the winner will have his or her finishes in the other Grand Prix events discarded for the purposes of deciding the winner of the Grand Prix travel award to the World's but not for the overall Grand Prix itself.
